DEDDO is calculation and quotation software for independent contractors (in Dutch: zelfstandige zonder personeel, ZZP) and small owner-led construction, installation, and agricultural contracting businesses (1–20 employees).

DEDDO helps contractors calculate jobs with clarity and structure. Users enter materials (materiaal), equipment (materieel), labor (uren), markup (opslag), and convert calculations into professional quotations and invoices (facturen, including termijnfacturen) in one integrated workflow.

The platform integrates with Dutch bookkeeping systems (boekhoudprogramma’s), material suppliers (groothandels), 2BA (dé centrale databank voor technische artikelen), and selected purchasing integrations.

DEDDO is intentionally NOT:

- Tax filing or VAT reporting software

- Designed for enterprises with full-time professional estimators

DEDDO complements bookkeeping software but does not replace it.

### Bookkeeping Software (Boekhoudsoftware)

DEDDO integrates with Dutch bookkeeping systems including:
- Exact Online
- SnelStart
- e-Boekhouden.nl
- Moneybird

Finalized invoices can be exported automatically to these systems.
Customer data is transferred to the client records in the connected bookkeeping system.

DEDDO does not perform bookkeeping, VAT reporting, or tax administration.
Bookkeeping and financial reporting remain within the connected accounting software.

Depending on the supplier, integrations may include:
- Importing supplier articles into calculations

DEDDO intentionally does NOT support full XML imports of complete supplier databases, to maintain clarity and usability.

### 2BA Integration

DEDDO integrates with 2BA (dé centrale databank voor technische artikelen).

Requirements:
- Active 2BA account

Capabilities:
- Import technical articles
- Include own pricing agreements
- Refresh pricing data

Price refresh functionality is available via 2BA and not via all direct supplier integrations.

### Shopping Cart Export

Shopping cart export is currently available for:
- CarpentierMooren
- Bouwbestel

Expansion to additional suppliers depends on technical feasibility.

### Casadata

Casadata is a construction cost data library used for structured project calculations.

Casadata integration is available with DEDDO PLUS or PRO subscriptions.
